J.E. Charlotte Construction Continues Build Out At Jacaranda Commons.

J.E. Charlotte Construction is continuing the interior build out of Jacaranda Commons designed by Orlando based national retail architects Cuhaci and Peterson for Tampa based Primerica Group One. The Venice shopping center is in the heart of one of South Sarasota County’s fastest growing areas and will feature a variety of businesses and retail shops to compliment the Publix supermarket.

J.E. Charlotte Construction has completed the build out on the plaza’s 1,400 square feet nail salon and is ready to move forward on the build out of a dental office, hair salon, dry cleaners and restaurant.

Whereas many companies are still feeling the effects of the sluggish economy, J.E. Charlotte is pushing forward, creating jobs and distinctive, stylized spaces. Recent J.E. Charlotte Construction projects include a fourth project for the Center For Sight and the new 61,500 square feet Penn Station complex on Tallevast Road.
