3 New Agents For Keller Williams On The Water.

Keller Williams On The Water announced that Melanie Johnson, Jane Bowen and Jennifer Montanus have joined the firm. “We are excited about the increased opportunities they will be able to explore as part of Keller Williams Realty,” shared Kristin Cruz, Team Leader/CEO.

Johnson earned her Broker license in November, 2004 and previously was with Wagner Realty and Boyd Realty. She grew up on Anna Maria Island and received her BA degree from University of South Florida. A lifelong ballet dancer Johnson still enjoys keeping in shape through adult ballet classes today. Melanie and her husband, Tim Johnson, have 3 sons and 2 granddaughters.

Bowen has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since April 2003. She is joining the KW Commercial Division. In 1981, Jane and her husband Terry Bowen, founded Puppy Patch Preschool in Bradenton and she continues to own and direct the school. Jane has an Associate of Arts degree from Junior College of Broward County, a Child Development Associate and a Director’s Credential in State of Florida Child Care.

Montanus is a newly licensed Real Estate Agent. She has worked in multiple real estate related fields including mortgage, title, advertising and marketing. This makes her knowledgeable in the entire real estate process ensuring a smooth and successful closing. Montanus has lived and worked in Bradenton for the last ten years.
