September 10, 2012 CMSA Tenative Move Date To New Offices
CMSA Architecture Relocating To Downtown Sarasota.
CMSA is moving to 300 South Orange Avenue in downtown Sarasota. Renovations are underway on the 4,466 sq ft building to provide much needed space for the team.
The existing vacant building is being re-purposed into an open concept, energy-efficient, state-of-the-art studio. CMSA will be seeking LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by incorporating sustainable design features into the building. Tall, insulated storefront windows on the two street sides of the building will provide natural daylight and views to the outside for all of the occupants. CMSA intends to use mostly reclaimed materials for office furniture, counter tops and interior finishes. All products will be evaluated for their volatile organic compounds and carefully selected to ensure increased indoor air quality. Attention to energy and water usage will help CMSA be responsible stewards to the built environment.
Tentative move in date is September 10, 2012.
