Elaine Griffin Now Operations Manager.
Caldwell Trust Company has promoted Elaine Griffin to operations manager according to R. G. “Kelly” Caldwell Jr., CEO/president. “We’re delighted to announce Elaine’s advancement,” he said. “This promotion allows us to recognize her consistently outstanding performance ever since she joined us as a business analyst in 2016. It’s also one more example of our successful policy of promoting from within.”
As operations manager, Griffin is responsible for the day-to-day processing, coordination, management, and oversight of the Trust Operations Department. She has acquired over 23 years of experience in the information technology industry and is an ASQ-certified software quality engineer. Before joining Caldwell she had served as an associate director of quality assurance, QA analyst, project coordinator and project leader in the automotive, banking, manufacturing, utilities, software development and retail industries. She holds a B.A. in business administration from Sienna Heights University in Adrian, MI.
