AAA 4 Diamond Culinary Experience, Pascone’s Ristorante, Now In Sarasota.
Judi Stanley brings her 25 plus years of AAA 4 Diamond experience to Sarasota with the opening of Pascone’s Ristorante [1]. Rejoining Judi is Chef William Sellner who helped her build Michelle’s Fine Dining into its Four Diamond status. Chef William had departed after 8 years in the seasonal market with Judi to work full time, most recently as the executive chef for the Polo Club Wellington, Florida for the past 11 years. Together they are bringing an exciting blend to the Pascone’s menu ranging from the traditional authentic Italian dishes with exquisite sauces to tantalizing items like Chateaubriand, a two pound Maine Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Paella, Italian Latkes and of course her famous Chocolate Bag for desert.
A full bar, engaging wine selections, a special event room and the fun dining experience of a Chef’s Table add to the opportunities for the guest to select the best way to have a fun Italian dining adventure.
