The Concession Set To Raise Lot Prices Due To Demand. The Concession, a luxury gated community home to the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, reported the sale of 15 home sites in the first quarter. Fifteen new homes are under construction and another 10 homes are slated to break ground in the next 90 days. Last year the community closed 32 lot sales.
