Deborah Beacham, a consistent top-producer in Southwest Florida’s luxury real estate market, has joined Michael Saunders & Company as an associate in the company’s Longboat Key South office. Beacham was previously with Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, where her 2007 volume exceeded $25 million. She brings nine listings to the company valued at more than $30 million.
A native of Jackson, Mississippi who lived and worked in Washington, D.C. before moving to Florida, Beacham attended the University of Southern Mississippi on a music scholarship. Currently she ranks among the top ten percent of REALTORS® in the Sarasota MLS; having sold some of the most important properties on its highly sought-after barrier islands. She attributes her professional success to a combination of skills that includes knowledge of the market, a strong web presence, talented negotiating skills, tenacity and—above all—her personal integrity.
