Gran Paradiso Breaks Ground on Clubhouse. Gran Paradiso at the West Villages broke ground on a Tuscan-styled clubhouse/resort. Phase 1 of the project will build out 23,000 square feet of the 40,000 square feet planned for final completion. Phase 1 will feature a state-of-the-art spa fitness center with aerobics center, saunas, steam rooms, massage/treatment rooms and locker rooms; library, media center, billiard/game/card rooms, craft room with kiln, concierge/reception area, boardroom, porte-cochere entry and adjoining loggias.
Outdoor amenities include a 7,000 square foot resort lagoon pool with reflection ponds and fountain, a hot tub, a Tuscan cabana that includes a grilling area, an expansive courtyard gardens with brick paver walkways; and a tennis pavilion with four lighted clay tennis courts (eight courts at final completion), a stadium champion’s court and a junior Olympic heated lap pool. www.granparadiso.us [2]
