The Codding Cottage is a newly constructed home in Sarasota’s historic Laurel Park designed and built with the latest advances in green construction. Their involvement in the area’s first L.E.E.D platinum certified “green” home, proves Sean and his team are stepping far beyond the traditional boundaries of heating and cooling.

Furthermore Sean’s team engineered the Bryant system to provide unique climate control settings for each room in the home. Rated at up to 20+ SEER/9.0 HSPF and using environmentally sound Puron refrigerant, designed not to harm the earth’s ozone layer, the Bryant Evolution Series surpasses all requirements for green certification. Sean predicts that this efficient and functional system design will become main stream in the near future.
