Hedge Team Adds Special Designations.
The Hedge Team consisting of Charlotte Hedge, Tom Hedge, Sr., Tom Hedge, Jr. and Monica Barth added new designations to their roster. Hedge, Sr. was awarded the first Green Certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. The certification’s goal is to raise awareness and knowledge throughout the real estate industry of both the social consciousness and the practical benefits of sustainability by going green. Hedge, Jr. received certification in REO Transactions. Due to the complexity of REO transactions the designation enables Hedge, Jr. to navigate the complex issues in bringing these transactions to closure. Barth and Hedge were awarded the Transnational Referral Certified (TRC) professional mark from the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). TRC was developed to help real estate professionals better serve clients and customers who are looking to buy or sell real property outside their own country and who will benefit from working with a real estate professional in that foreign market.
