More than 250 gathered at Neal Communities’ recent 3rd Annual Trade Partnership Appreciation event. Celebrating Neal’s ongoing success, staff, contractors, subcontractors and potential partnerships received the grateful thanks of president Pat Neal for their loyalty, hard work and determination.
One measure of Neal Communities’ appreciation of its employees and trade partners is the long-standing relationship that exists between both. In addition to Neal’s active partnerships with some 39 local contractors, many lasting upwards of 35 or more years, it is now actively seeking new partnerships to handle the increased workload due to the high number of home sales.
Pat shared encouraging news with his audience, such as the company’s debt-free ownership of 6,500 buildable lots, financial strength, sterling reputation, and year-to-date sales of 136 homes. The first quarter of 2009 was the best first quarter in the last three years.
“Neal Communities has been a thriving business here in Manatee County for 40 years and we are still going strong. Times may be tough, but we continue to build homes and keep both staff and subcontractor busy. We have the long-term perspective it takes to weather tough markets and continue this success by creatively adapting to the market.” Neal said.
