April Pending Sales Increase; Inventory Nearing Normal Levels.
TRENDGRAPHIX’s latest report shows that April pending sales in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte County increased 18.38% over the preceeding month.
April’s inventory of 18,435 homes for sale in the region was 31.40% lower than April 2008. Compared to robust sales figures for March sales in April decreased 2.40% for the region. Combined tri-county closed sales in April were 1.31% higher than a year ago.
