Another brilliant REAL Magazine networking luncheon was held on May 22nd, hosted at the impressive Grande Clubhouse at The Lake Club, one of Lakewood Ranch’s most esteemed communities. Ed Bertha publisher of Real Magazine provided the group with an informative presentation on the magazine’s website search engine optimization statistics and the importance of web visibility, while Tina Darling, President of Innovative Agent Services reviewed the print distribution of the magazine. Mark Miller of Westwater Construction introduced his latest project, a future Lake Club Showcase Home for Chris and Lynn McNamee, 100% of the fundraising revenues will benefit the Southeastern Guide Dogs of Palmetto. Mark gave a brief overview of the future show home construction, while Chris shared his life changing experience with Southeastern Guide Dogs and introduced his sight partner Max. The event host, Linda Higgins of Lakewood Ranch Communities introduced Rex Jensen, President and CEO of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch. Rex reviewed the ever changing and growing ranch from a residential, commercial and civic perspective, providing the future vision of Lakewood Ranch to all those in attendance. Guest Speaker Brian Kennelly, President of Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty gave an informative presentation on the commercial activities that are taking place throughout the ranch. The May networking meeting was a wealth of information set in a remarkable location, the future is here and it is upon us.
