CornerStone Title‘s Tom and Mary Howard signed a lease for expanded office space at 11061 Gatewood Dr, Suite 102, in Bradenton, Florida. The new facility is adjacent to their current location. Plans are to move into the new suite by October.
[2]The new office will double CornerStone Title’s space to 2,000 square feet and the office will include a coffee bar and client work station with Internet access, to enhance the closing experience for home buyers and Realtors. The move enables the company to accommodate its growth (Revenues for the three-year-old company increased 57% in 2008 and 69% year to date in 2009) and better serve its clients.
“It’s the boutique company offering personalized service that will do well in this economy,” said Howard. “We provide a unique service to clients in that we work with a sense of urgency, attention to detail and clear communication throughout all the steps of the closing process.
