Signature Sotheby’s International Realty was selected as the exclusive marketing brokerage for The Founders Club. The Founders Club is a private, gated golf club community east of I-75 on Fruitville Road in Sarasota, Florida. The community consists of 262 home sites that adorn the fairways of the Signature Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed course and nature preserves.
The Signature Sotheby’s team will be directed by Cheryl Loeffler [2]and consists of Sara Boudarga, Brian Wood and Jaci Krawtschenko. Sara and Brian have previously had extensive experience with The Founders Club. Boudarga started as a Community Representative with The Founders Club and then moved on to join Wood as a sales representative for John Cannon Homes in the community.

The Founders Club is the only club community in Sarasota selected for this exclusive list and one of only 18 such communities in the state of Florida.
