The Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) signals to buyers and sellers that Xena Vallone Realty’s Gleitmann is qualified to make and receive cross-border referrals through the international referral system developed by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA).
“Sarasota real estate has always been a desirable and secure investment for international buyers, and the weak dollar has made it even more attractive,” said Gleitmann, who is the only German-speaking TRC in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. “An increase of foreign buyers could be an important factor in helping to revitalize our economy.”
ICREA is an alliance of national real estate organizations in the world’s major markets, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In addition to a global network of professionals who abide by a code of conduct, the system provides quality control standards, an arbitration system and tools to facilitate international referrals.
