While at a rock star’s party in Bel Air, California, Aaron Dorfman noticed a guitar-shaped pool. “I was told Eric Clapton was renting that house,” remembers Dorfman, who decided then and there he was going to have a guitar-shaped pool one day.

Dorfman’s dream came true in 2004, when he built his 5,108-square-foot Manatee River home in Bradenton, Florida, in the private, gated community of Cypress Creek Estates.
