[1]J.E. Charlotte Construction Breaks Ground On New Mobile Station.
Commuters along Bradenton, Florida’s bustling State Road 64 corridor will soon have a Mobil station to fill their gas tanks and grab a cup of coffee. J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp is building the station at 10508 SR 64 East at Portal Crossing.
[2]The site will contain a Mobile gas station, a fully stocked convenience store and car wash. The property is owned by Convenience Center Development Associates, with Parker Walker Group providing the architecture design.
The project carries a $952,000 price tag and will employ up to 50 workers during construction. When open the facility will employ as many as 12 full-time employees. Construction is expected to be complete by February 2010.

Charlotte Construction has managed many times before,” said Jeff Charlotte, president of the Venice-based firm. “In this tough economy, these smaller scale projects can be the lifeblood of community development by keeping construction workers employed and bringing new businesses and jobs to the area.
