Since opening in February, Neal Communities has sold about 90 homes in River Sound. That figure represents about half of all available properties in River Sound.

Because of River Sound’s special buyer rewards for those in education, public safety, health care and non-profit work, many teachers, firefighters, deputies, nurses and others have purchased homes in the new community.
