[1]J.E. Charlotte Construction Completes Work On Center For Sight Project.
J.E. Charlotte Construction recently completed a $50,000 interior build out for the Center for Sight. The project was completed in only 10 days allowing the Center for Sight’s Sarasota, Florida location at 2601 Tamiami Trail to remain open while the work was underway.
Center for Sight’s relationship with the J.E. Charlotte Construction began with renovation of its Sarasota and Venice locations several years ago “Jeff (Charlotte, president of JEC) and his team are extremely professional, well managed, on time and on budget,” said James Dawes chief administrative officer for Center for Sight.
Now J.E. Charlotte Construction is ready for their 4th Center for Sight project; the interior build out of the company’s North Port location. The $300,000 North Port project will begin this month, provide more than 30 jobs and will take approximately 12 weeks to complete. The new 4,000 square foot office will be similar to the Bradenton, location. Quality craftsmanship, staying on schedule and keeping clients in the loop has put J.E. Charlotte Construction at the top of its game and keeps clientele like the Center for Sight coming back.
