[1]Open Air Cabana In Lakewood Ranch’s Hazeltine Neighborhood Begins Construction.
J.E. Charlotte Construction recently began construction on the Hazeltine residential community center in Lakewood Ranch, Florida’s Country Club East. The 3,000 square feet center includes an open air cabanas with an outdoor kitchen and restrooms. Architect Arthur Mead designed the center and it will be a hub of activity forn the growing community. The $175,000 project is scheduled to be completed in January 2010.
J.E. Charlotte Construction is no stranger to Lakewood Ranch. The company built the gatehouse entry at Country Club East and renovated and retrofitted Big Olaf’s on Main Street. Owner Jeff Charlotte spends a significant amount of time in Lakewood Ranch as he is the president of the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange located in the Gibraltar Companies building in Lakewood Ranch.
