Sarasota, Florida’s Selby Gardens will once again burst into radiant color during the Gardens’ Lights in Bloom. Lights in bloom is a tropical holiday celebration beginning on December 18, 2009. The Gardens will shimmer with thousands of twinkling lights, including light sculptures of dragonflies, butterflies, tropical birds and orchids. Nightly entertainment will include entertainers and local musical groups. Under the banyans there will also be a G-scale model train display. The Gardens’ signature, gorgeous 25-foot high bromeliad tree will be prominently displayed in front of the mansion filled with holiday décor. Visit www.selby.org [2] for all the details!
