[1]Michelle Crabtree Receives RSPS Certification.
Michelle Crabtree, a REALTOR® with Michael Saunders & Company, recently received the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification. The certification is for REALTORS® in resort and second-home markets around the world wishing to distinguish themselves from their peers. From a consumer’s perspective it endorses a REALTOR® who facilitates the buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.
Crabtree is a third generation Sarasotan and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1981. She is a Director on the Sarasota Board of Realtors (SAR), received the SAR “Meritorious Service Award in 2007 and was also chapter president the Sarasota Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors the same year. In addition, Crabtree is a “Five Star Real Estate Agent – Best in Client Satisfaction for 2007 and 2008.
