[1]Michelle Crabtree Receives Toastmasters International Competent Leader Award.
Michelle Crabtree, Toastmaster and Realtor with Michael Saunders & Company, recently completed the Competent Leadership program and earned recognition as a Competent Leader (CL). The Toastmaster’s program provides valuable leadership skills that benefit individuals in all aspects of life such as critical thinking, time management, planning and implementation, organization and delegating, facilitation, motivating people and team building. Crabtree has been a member since 2000 and is a designated Competent Toastmaster.
Crabtree is a third generation Sarasotan and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1981. She is a Director on the Sarasota Board of Realtors (SAR), received the SAR “Meritorious Service Award in 2007 and was also chapter president of the Sarasota Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors the same year. In addition, Crabtree is a “Five Star Real Estate Agent; Best in Client Satisfaction for 2007 and 2008 and has the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network (PMN) and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) designations.
