Administrative Concepts Corp (ACC) has purchased Freedom HR. Both companies are based in Bradenton, Florida and will form a 50/50 joint venture. Offices are to be consolidated into the existing ACC headquarters. Doug Mishler, a 20-year veteran of the insurance industry, owns Freedom HR and will join Administrative Concepts in a consulting capacity.

The company provides HR-related services for firms who understand the cost and time savings of outsourcing these functions, including taxes, workers compensation, payroll, benefits administration and risk management services.
