The Home Builders Association (HBA) Manatee-Sarasota has designated Neal Communities as a Special Patron member. This honor was presented to President Pat Neal of Neal Communities for his continued contributions and support of the local chapter.

The Home Builders Association Manatee-Sarasota is a professional trade organization comprised of local builders and associated businesses involved in the home building industry. The association is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and the Florida Home Builders Association. The services and programs offered to HBA Manatee-Sarasota members enhance their professionalism and encourage their involvement in community leadership to better the quality of life for all citizens.
