Keller Williams Realty’s Cristian Tramontozzi with the Troy Funk Team in downtown Sarasota office has earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR). The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) offers the SFR certification to REALTORS® who want to help both sellers and buyers navigate these complicated transactions.
A NAR survey indicates that nearly one-third of all existing homes sold recently were either short sales or foreclosures. For many REALTORS® foreclosures and short sales are commonplace transactions. REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification have the expertise to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales cycle as well as help buyers pursue foreclosure and short sale opportunities.
