Ruben-Holland Development reports high levels of building activity at Legends Bay at IMG Academies. The luxury development is located directly on one mile of Sarasota Bay waterfront property in Bradenton, Florida. Legends Bay at IMG Academies will have a total of 189 single-family homes. Based on current activity Legends Bay might just be one of the most active luxury real estate developments in the area. New home prices start in the upper $300’s.
D. R. Horton, one of Legends Bay’s three preferred builders, broke ground thirty days ago on their first model home “The Barcelona”. The home is 3,611 sq ft and start at $499,900. D.R. Horton has an additional nine homes currently under construction in Legends Bay. Five are scheduled for completion by the end of April. The Legends Bay project is a positive economic stimulus, as approximately 20 jobs have been created. Construction crews work seven days a week.
Adding to the energetic pace this week, the Sarasota Orchestra Association kicks off their 35th Annual Designer Showcase on Friday evening, February 12, at one of Legends Bay’s exclusive waterfront estate homes. The 6,500 square foot residence is owned by Paula Creamer and currently listed on the market with Michael Saunders & Company.
