Prudential Palms Realty and agent Shirley Lagrange will oversee a weekly investor property tour that will span properties from Anna Maria Island in Manatee to Casey Key in Sarasota, Florida.
Lagrange’s plans for the weekly tour will offer investors access and convenience to view properties of extreme value. Single family home tours will take place every Monday and every Wednesday for condominiums. The scheduled tours will include listings under $1 million. Private tours are available to investors over one million by appointment. Tour locations will change weekly.
“Our goal is to assist and educate our clients in the value that is currently available and to do it in a way that allows our clients to explore real estate without having to buy today but knowing more for tomorrow,” said Lagrange. Lagrange has worked with investors from the US and Europe for over five years and knows the investor market well and speaks fluent French and is a certified TRC specialist.
Reservations are preferred but not necessary. The weekly caravan departs at 10:00am every Monday and Wednesday from the Prudential Palms’ corporate office Located at 130 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34236.
