Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced that John Peirano has joined their Venice office as a sales associate.
“John has the natural talent that makes the difference between just a real estate agent and a top producer,” said Linda Bradway, Director Branch Offices. “Repeat business and a solid referral base is a clear indication of the professionalism and excellent customer service for which John is known.”
Peirano received Team Rookie of the year award while with Michael Saunders and Company, Executive Club status while with Re/Max, and has most recently owned his own brokerage firm, Venice Florida Realty. For four consecutive years from 2007 to 2010 Peirano was recognized by Sarasota Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent: Best in Customer Satisfaction, a group representing less than seven percent of agents in the Sarasota area.
“The move to Signature Sotheby’s International Realty was momentous,” said Peirano. “In some ways it was very difficult to give up my own brokerage.
