Foreclosure expert Xena Vallone Realty has joined forces with an attorneys group to bring back the free “Take Control of Your Mortgage” seminar series. The Sarasota-Bradenton Attorneys Real Estate Council, will sponsor the workshop. It will be held from 10am to noon, Saturday, Feb. 27, at Colonial Oaks Park, 5300 Colonial Oaks Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34232.
“Homeowners have options that can help them avoid foreclosure or slow down the foreclosure process so they can have more time to sell their property,” said Xena Vallone. “We will show them how to protect their interests and take control of their situation.”
Panelists include Xena Vallone of Xena Vallone Realty; attorney Kenneth Chapman Jr. of Chapman, Chapman & Chapman, PA, president of the Sarasota-Bradenton Attorneys Real Estate Council; and certified public accountant Kelly Saba of Miles & Thirion, CPA, PA.
Vallone holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources (SFR) certification, a National Association of Realtors (NAR) designation signifying expertise in helping buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions.
