Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Charles Totonis has joined the firm. Totonis brings to Signature Sotheby’s over two decades of real estate experience. Originally starting his real estate career in Columbus, Ohio, in 2005 Totonis moved to the Sarasota/Manatee area. His integrity and passion enabled him to quickly make an impact on the local real estate market. In 2008 he was awarded #1 Sales Associate in the Lakewood Ranch office of Michael Saunders.
