[1]Land Rover Mini Off Road Tours Conducted For Realtors.
Nearly 100 Realtors came to The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch to experience a mini off road tour. The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch’s preferred builders (Anchor Builders, Gibraltar Homes and John Cannon Homes) along with Signature Sotheby’s and developer Tom Dabney hosted the daylong event. South Pointe Land Rover provided the Land Rovers.
Every 20 minutes or so a new group of Realtors bucked-up and headed out for a tour of the development. Some Realtors chose to do the driving, while others preferred to have The Forest team take the wheel of the Land Rovers. Each tour included the 2½ miles of paved roads within The Forest, plus an off-road segment through open fields, forested hammocks and hilly terrain within The Forest.
Prior to the event Land Rover National Representatives toured The Forest and offered expert advice on creating off road tour with specifics on how to provide this group of adventurers with a taste for off-roading without violating The Forest’s environmental safeguards. Talks are in the works with Land Rover about creating a more risky experience and extended tour on the adjacent 9,700 acre Hi Hat Ranch.
The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch has only 42 estate size home sites remaining.
