AfterHours by Cutting Loose owner Coral Pleas announced the promotion of Nikki Baldun to Rising Star. Prior to her promotion Baldun completed the mandatory Cutting Loose extensive training program. She will now begin to build her clientele. Every stylist at the salon must complete in house training consisting of acquiring product knowledge, shadowing of senior level stylists, demonstrating cutting procedures and other required proprietary technique mastery before beginning to build a clientele.
It is customary at AfterHours by Cutting Loose to participate in charity fashion shows and private model fashion photography shoots. During the training process Baldun was able to assist Pleas in creating styles for an exclusive photo shoot in Miami that was managed by Candy Shaw. AfterHours by Cutting Loose created the hair styles for all the models in the photo shoot. The March issue of Style Magazine features an extensive spread of designer fashions with hair created by Cutting Loose in which Baldun played a major role.
