[1]J.E. Charlotte Construction Completes Build Out Of Bob’s Twist-N-Shake.
Jeff Charlotte of J.E. Charlotte Construction announced the completion of Bob’s Twist-N-Shake ice cream shop located at 420 U.S. 41 in Venice. J. E. Charlotte completed the build out in record time with the assistance of multiple local companies in just under 90 days.
[2]The new and unique building offers retro aesthetics which catches the attention of passers immediately. The design created by Mark Beebe of Beebe Design Studio Architect, Inc. incorporates the 13-foot-tall three-dimensional white-and-orange twist ice cream cone on the building and mini cones adorn the drive in signage. There are a variety of exterior pedestrian spaces, including covered canopy seating as well as shaded garden seating for customers to enjoy the outdoors while feasting on the luscious treats.
Bob’s Twist-N-Shake, a concept borrowed from a previous era will unmistakably be an iconic, contemporary version of a 60’s drive-up ice cream stand. A giant 13-foot-tall, three-dimensional white-and-orange twist ice cream cone suspends from the building’s facade and the location offers a drive through.
