[1]Country Club East Village Of Hazeltine Gains New Amenity.
J.E. Charlotte Construction announced completion of construction on the Hazeltine residential community center in Lakewood Ranch’s Country Club East. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to mark the declaration of the Cabana being open for the party. The 3,000 square feet open air cabana includes an outdoor kitchen and restrooms. The Arthur Mead designed center is ready for the growing community to host parties and gatherings.
The ribbon cutting was attended by: Rex Jensen, Milt Flinn, Bill Jarvis and representatives from several Lakewood Ranch builders including John Cannon, Lee Wetherington, Minto Communities and Derek Nelson of Arthur Rutenberg/Nelson Homes, the construction team and Jeff Charlotte.
After the ceremony Jensen, President and CEO of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, commented that “it is extremely important to me that our amenities are complete and not merely promised, for homeowners to be able to enjoy the minute they move in to any Lakewood Ranch community. Part of our planning includes spreading our amenities out throughout the ranch so that no matter where you live, you are close to parks, trails, pools, and other activities.”
