HUNT Real Estate Corporation announced the appointment of Bill Carpitella to the position of Regional General Manager for the Rochester and Syracuse, New York regions.
In his new role at HUNT Carpitella will be responsible for leading the growth initiatives for HUNT ERA’s residential brokerage division and managing the Rochester and Central New York markets. The region consists of 17 offices and over 600 sales professionals and administrative staff.

Carpitella has worked in executive level positions in the real estate and related industries for many years. He was formerly the principal owner of the Sharrow Group, a search and human resource consulting firm based in Rochester, New York. Prior to Sharrow, he was Senior Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources at K. Hovnanian Enterprises in Red Bank, New Jersey and Vice President of Human Resources at Pulte Homes in Detroit, Michigan
