J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. announced the completion of another Center for Sight build out. The interior build out of Center For Sight’s North Port location was finished in less than 12 weeks and created more than 30 jobs. The project was valued at more than $300,000.
J. E. Charlotte Construction has a long standing relationship with Center for Sight and a long history in medical projects. “We have the experience and the ability to complete this type of build out within a short timeframe and we hold our budgets. These two areas are extremely important to us as we understand that once we have the approval to begin the construction, the business needs to be able to be operational in the shortest amount of time,” said Jeff Charlotte. A short timeframe is certainly something that has provided additional work, as the last Center for Sight project was completed in an unheard less than 10 day time period.
