RE/MAX Alliance Group Ranks As Top Local Brokerage

RE/MAX Alliance Group recently ranked among the top 150 most productive real estate offices in the U.S. based on two national surveys just released. RE/MAX Alliance Group out-produced all local competitors, ranking No. 114 in REAL Trends’ The REAL Trends 500 Survey for closed transactions, and No. 147 for total sales volume. In RISMedia’s 2010 Power Broker Report, RE/MAX Alliance Group also ranked No. 115 for closed transactions, again claiming the top spot in the local market, and No. 144 for total sales volume.

“This is a tremendous accomplishment for this office and our agents and shows how determined we are to help local homebuyers and sellers through a difficult market,” said Peter Crowley, Co-Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Alliance Group. “The hallmark of this office for 20 years has been our exceptional customer service and our outstanding agents and these surveys show that only the most experienced and trained agents will succeed in helping families buy and sell their homes.”

According to the Power Broker Report, RE/MAX Alliance Group agents averaged over 14 transactions per agent during the year. The closest competitor from a national franchise in Florida averaged just over 10.

In all, The 2010 Power Broker Report ranked 69 RE/MAX brokerages among their Top 300, representing 23% of all ranked brokerages.  This showing placed RE/MAX 47% higher than its closest competitor. In the REAL Trends 500 survey, 122 RE/MAX brokerages earned a ranking, giving RE/MAX 24% of the top 500 brokerages in the U.S.

RE/MAX Alliance Group has more than 250 agents in eight offices located throughout Charlotte, Manatee and Sarasota counties.
