Minto Communities previewed two new model homes in Lakewood Ranch’s Country Club East to area Realtors. A gala event the evening of May 13th introduced Minto’s Keystone and Sapphire models in the village of Hazeltine. Flowing music, catered delicacies and inviting beverages made for a special preview. Michael Belmont, Minto’s executive vice president, was on hand personally greeting guests and introducing the builder. Both homes reflect Minto’s commitment to quality and the environment. The official grand opening to the public is Saturday, May 15th.
The Keystone can be configured for 2 or 3 bedrooms, has a 3 car garage and 2,700 sq ft of air conditioned living space. The Keystone ‘s base price is $378,990.
The Sapphire can be configured for 2 or 3 bedrooms, has a 2 car garage and 2,152 sq ft of air conditioned living space. The Sapphire’s base price is $312,990.
With other available floor plans Minto can build 2, 3 or 4 bedroom homes with 2 or 3 car garages all starting in the $300,000’s.
