In August, Florida Venture Partners and Levin Tannenbaum will bring Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay real estate investment opportunities to the doorstep of Central and Eastern European investors.
Since the early 1990’s Sarasota attorney Alan Tannenbaum has brought Central and Eastern European investors to Florida. Three years ago, Ivo Travnicek, from the Czech Republic, and who secured his law degree in the U.S., joined the Levin Tannenbaum law firm for the specific purpose of courting Central and Eastern European investors. Tannenbaum and Travnicek formed a separate entity, Florida Venture Partners, to offer non-legal services to these international investors.
During the week of August 16-20, 2010, Tannenbaum and Travnicek will bring a contingent of SW Florida and Tampa Bay developers and management companies to Prague and Bratislava (Slovakia) to present real estate investment opportunities. The opportunity is for developers and management companies to send a representative to directly present opportunities to the investors; or provide literature on investment opportunities which will be translated into Czech, Slovak and Russian and presented on their behalf.
