[1]Budge Huskey Appointed President And COO Of Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate announced that Budge Huskey, a Sarasota resident, was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Jim Gillespie.
Huskey was previously Executive Vice President of the Coldwell Banker brokerage operations in the Southeast covering Florida, Georgia and Texas. In his new role he will oversee operations supporting more than 98,000 Coldwell Banker agents in 3,600 franchised offices in 49 countries and territories around the world.
“I have known Budge for many years and have always admired him for his knowledge of our industry and his leadership skills,” said Gillespie. “Budge has a proven track record of success at every level throughout his 26-year real estate career, which includes 12 years with the Coldwell Banker brand. I am confident that he is going to make our company even stronger than it is today.”
