[1]Holland Construction Selected To Build Out Restaurant On LWR Main Street.
Holland Construction was awarded the contract for a new restaurant project in Lakewood Ranch. Main Street Trattoria Italian Restaurant will contain over 3,300 total square feet of space, seat approximately 150 inside and 50 outside, and create five to ten new jobs during the project’s construction phase.
Located at 8131 Main Street, restaurant construction is expected to be completed in late July. The Main Street Trattoria Italian Restaurant will include a “two-way” bar accessible to patrons inside and outside the restaurant, along with seating for casual outdoor dining. This is Holland’s second restaurant project of late, as they recently completed a new Subway in Venice.
Craig Campbell, Vice President for Holland Construction’s Florida office, comments on their newest project, “Lakewood Ranch’s Main Street is developing a great line-up of restaurants offering diverse cuisine, and Holland is extremely pleased to be a part of this growth. It is an encouraging economic sign,” said Campbell. “This restaurant will be another positive addition to Lakewood Ranch’s growing Main Street area, and great food served in a great location is always a winning recipe” he adds.
