Increased Home Sales Enables John Cannon Homes To Expand Staff

With new home sales increasing and new model homes under construction in Lakewood Ranch, John Cannon Homes has expanded staff in both Purchasing and Drafting and Design Service Departments, and created the new position of Private Client Group Manager. 

Pam Hoffmann has joined the Purchasing Department as a Purchasing Agent. Hoffmann has over twenty years of extensive local residential and commercial construction project management and purchasing experience.

Michelle Bowling has recently relocated from Charlotte, NC to also assume the role of Purchasing Agent. She shares sixteen years experience in various roles in the residential construction field, including purchasing. 

Jeannette Thompson, A.I.B.D., has joined the Drafting and Design Services Department as a CADD Specialist. Thompson is a member of the American Institute of Building Design and has over twenty years of experience in residential construction industry, working previously for several national and local custom builders.

Elisa LaBram, has also joined the Drafting and Design Department in the role of Pre-start Design Liaison. LaBram holds an interior design, residential contractor and real estate license in the State of Florida. She has over twelve years of experience in the design and construction industry including residential single family and multi-family homes, residential lofts, commercial office space, and tenant build out.

“We’ve been very successful with sales in our smaller series of homes, and with our Tauri model nearing completion, and our next new model The Coquina in pre-start, the addition of these new team members will allow us to better serve our clients”, said John Cannon, President of John Cannon Homes. “We’ve also seen an interest increase in the larger, luxury home market and with addition of Phil Chmieleski in the role of the Private Client Group Manager we hope to further establish our prominence in waterfront and high-end markets”, he added.

Chmieleski, as the Private Client Group Manager will work extensively with Realtors, Attorneys, and Architects as a value added resource to serve their clients in matters related to luxury home construction. Chmieleski, a graduate Civil Engineer, has nearly twenty years of construction experience, predominately in the luxury and waterfront arena.
