Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, announced their 4th Annual Charity Raffle. The raffle will be held by its Downtown Sarasota office on Saturday, June 26 in support of local charities. This event is one of Coldwell Banker’s largest fundraising campaigns held annually in the Sarasota market.
Last year, the raffle brought in over $3,600 in proceeds for local charities. The Downtown Sarasota office CARES team recently presented donations to three organizations. Young Life received $1,300 to help provide a summer camp experience for students in Manatee County. All Faith’s Food Bank was given $350 in memory of Tom Creagh — a Coldwell Banker agent and avid volunteer — to help feed 32,500 people every day. Greater Sarasota Junior Golf Association received $350 to start a new girls’ summer program.
“Each year, our associates solicit raffle items from area businesses and sell tickets to raise funds for CARES,” said Elizabeth Rose, Sales Associate at the company’s downtown office. “Raffle items include restaurant gift cards, spa/salon services, golf outings, event tickets, gift baskets and more. Values often exceed several hundred dollars. To purchase tickets in advance, contact the office at 941.366.8070. Raffle recipients need not be present for the drawing.”
Coldwell Banker CARES has donated over $2.6 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts nonprofit organizations throughout Florida since 2003.
