Barbara Mei, a Broker-Associate with Surfside Properties, is hosting an invitation-only soirée at the Beau Ciel Condominium [2]in Sarasota. The event is Wednesday, June 30, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The party is to reintroduce Managing Brokers of area real estate firms and special guests to Beau Ciel.
Jay Tallman [3] a Principal with U.S. Assets Group and developer of Beau Ciel, will give a talk on “Beau Ciel: From Concept to Reality.” The Hyatt Regency Sarasota, which is catering the event, will introduce new catering and room service menus created exclusively for Beau Ciel residents. Raffle prizes include a gift certificate for a two-night stay at the Hyatt Regency.
Beau Ciel is one of only half a dozen luxury condominiums on the Sarasota mainland that offer 24-hour concierge service and one of two with hotel amenities, through a special arrangement with the adjacent Hyatt Regency, including full use of hotel facilities and discounts on hotel rooms. Beau Ciel residents enjoy some of the best views in the world, overlooking Sarasota Bay, the marina and the barrier islands.
