Schemmel represented both the seller and the buyer in this successful transaction. The property closed for $3,200,000, the second highest sale price achieved on Siesta Key year-to-date.
19449 and 19445 Ganton Avenue are beautiful estate homes in The Concession, a private club and gated community in Bradenton featuring a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course designed with Tony Jacklin. 19449 Ganton Avenue, a 9,101-sq ft, 5 bedroom residence, the larger of the two homes, sold for $1,530,000. 19445 Ganton Avenue, a 6,325-sq ft, 5 bedroom residence, sold for $1,454,750.
5119 Jungle Plum Road, a 31,000-sf lot with protected deep water and bay views, is located on the coveted north end of Siesta Key. This vacant parcel sold for $1,300,000.
