Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced that Tracy Eisnaugle has joined the company’s St. Armand’s office as a sales associate.

“We are very happy to welcome Tracy to our team. Her customers will appreciate her knowledge of the area and commitment to excellent customer service” said Michelle Burke-Phillips, Branch Manager of the St. Armands office.

Eisnaugle was born and raised in the small town of Brookville, Indiana, just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, and has resided in Sarasota for over 20 years. She received her degree in 1997 from Florida State University and began working as a design consultant specializing in high end residential interior design, model merchandising and design center selections and management — a background that she will apply to her new career in real estate.

Say Eisnaugle, “All homes have important features that need to be highlighted and brought to the attention of potential buyers, and my extensive design background will allow me to assist my customers in focusing on those positive features when selling their home.”

In addition to her design background, Eisnaugle spent two years working for REAL Magazine as a copywriter (her work can be found throughout this web site) and also created innovative marketing plans for real estate professionals.

Eisnaugle is an active member of the Young Professionals Group and The Junior League of Sarasota, and has served on committees for The New College Library Fund, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and Children First.
