[1]London Bay Homes Buys Remaining Lots In The Founders Club.
Naples-based London Bay Homes has acquired the 86 remaining home sites at The Founders Club and will assume the sales and marketing of the luxury community. The gated golf course community has 262 home sites on 700 acres on Fruitville Road just east of Interstate 75. Noted golf architect, Robert Trent Jones Jr., designed the course.
London Bay Homes currently constructs homes in this area at The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch. The firm also markets Mediterra, in Naples, another high-end golf course master-planned community.
