Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Sheryl Vieira has rejoined Signature Sotheby’s as Director of Marketing and Public Relations.
Vieira re-joins Signature Sotheby’s as the firm, owned and operated by Florida real estate veteran Judy Green, is experiencing significant growth and expanding its in-house marketing department. Signature Sotheby’s sales volume has increased over 121% year-to-date compared to the same period in 2009, according to Terradatum, a third-party real estate analytics company.
“As our company continues to grow, it is imperative that we continue to expand upon the premium level of marketing services that only the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand can provide,” said Green, Broker/Owner. “With our increased transaction volume and listing inventory, we are pleased to have Sheryl rejoin us. Her in-depth experience in Sarasota’s luxury real estate market will be imperative to our continued growth.”
Vieira previously held the position of Director of Marketing for the Sarasota office of Premier Properties, the brokerage firm that Signature Sotheby’s International Realty acquired in 2008. She has also served as Marketing Manager at Signature Sotheby’s International Realty. Recently, she recently held the position of Marketing Director with Prudential Palms Realty. Her responsibilities included handling all marketing, advertising and public relations initiatives.
Vieira is a member of the Florida Public Relations Association and has served as an Advisory Board member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & Northern Florida. She has volunteered on numerous committees for other organizations such as All Faiths Food Bank, All-Star Children’s Foundation, Arts Council, The Asolo Theatre Company, Breast Cancer Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Every Child Inc., Girls Inc., The Humane Society of Sarasota County Arts Council, The John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art, NARSAD, New Gate Montessori School, Safe Place Rape Crisis Center, and The Wellness Community Foundation.
Vieira received The President’s Volunteer Service Award from the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation in conjunction with the National & Community Service and USA Freedom Corps and is a three-time ADDY award winner.
